HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE

We moved here though Bohemia under the promise that the building's hallways and lobby would be remodeled within a few months. It's been over a year and the lobby, the hallways, the elevator, and the conditions of the-now- non - existen laundry room, are horrendous. The broken elevator buttons are covered with pennies. The interiors of the elevator is all scratched up and usually out of service. The hallway walls are warped and for the looks of it, the last painting job was done over a decade ago. ...
The lobby looks like a nightmare. There are holes, weird stains, peeling lenoleum floors, poorly painted with primer, and broken door. I regret moving here and I regret using Bohemia and their blatant lies. This building should be rented at a discount. Paying market rate for something that they will never fix, it will leave you feeling scamed for years.
