Overpriced/Penny Pinching landlord
October 5, 2017These units are overpriced for the crappy and cheaply repaired interior. The kitchen cabinets doors are non exsistent, although I was informed when moving in that they were "working" on getting those built. In the 6 months I had lived there I never saw the cabinet doors. As well as the intercom/gated entry which was not secured, was under repair. The cracks/gaps allow for cockroachses to enter the interior which the onsite property managers are well aware of. The overgrown unkept yard remained ...untouched until a complaint was put in. When calling to report issues with the cheap garbage disposal the property manager informed me that I would be responsible for the bill if he called a plumber, even though that was not on the lease. This place is a sh*thole, I am happy to be free of. The made sure to keep my deposit nitpicking the smallest details possible as the stainless steel kitchen sink not being cleaned to follow the grain..Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
