August 10, 2015Location. Location location. Perfect for the nyu student or anyone who enjoys the grit of the lower east side. It was great as a student but wouldn't want to make my home there permanently. Tiny rooms even for nyc. Bathroom right off kitchen. Very dark building and only back bedroom gets any sunlight at all. Summers very hot but it is warm in the winter. Building controls temp. Lots of steps to 4 th floor. I've called it home for 3 years and happy with location for food, nightlife shopping ...and social scene.
