Great Apartments - 2 story w/ Ocean View

I live on the top floor of 832 3rd st. in Santa Monica CA and I love it. The apartments on the top floor are spacious, recently renovated (although the kitchen cupboards remained) and can easily hold 4 roommates comfortably (depending on # of bedrooms). Not to mention there are slight ocean views and you are centrally located within Montana and Wilshire.
The second story offers a unique townhome feel and provides us with some added space. The only downfall i would say is that the management ...
company is hard to deal with, non responsive, and the landlord is a pain. I would highly recommend any apartment in 832 3rd st!
