Lived here from 2013 to 2015. The new owners 85 rose llc bought the building in the middle of my lease and raised rent without notifying me. They contacted me months later saying I owed them back rent for a new lease I never signed. On top of that the insect and rodent problem here was atrocious. Very large cockroaches through the building and the laundry room never worked.
