Good but problems
June 1, 2024We were told of our move in date, so we scheduled everything around that; work, families schedules, etc; just to find out the day of at 11 (FreedomREMI opens at 8:30) that we would no longer be able to move in that day because the cleaning people have not come in to clean yet, and that we needed to find another day. We were very upset and aggravated by this but what do you do. Our new move in date came and when we got to the apartment, it didn’t seem like there was any cleaning done but a simple ...vacuuming and it wasn’t even well done. We also later find out that the maintenance guy had never been to the apartment to fix things up before we moved in. Another thing to beware is that even though there are garages behind the building MEANT for tenants, they are not included NOR are they for rent.
