Great location - Highlands, Beltline, Piedmont Park

SUCH a great location. This apartment building is located on Briarcliff Rd which is parallel to the restaurants and bars in the Highlands. So, you don't have to be right where everything gets crazy, but you're only about a five minute walking distance if you do decide to have a good time or find a good place to eat/drink. Also, it's about a 20-minute scenic walk(you get to pass through a series of nice, old homes along Virginia Ave) to Piedmont Park and the Beltline.

location, the actual apartment is also great. The apartment was built in the 20s, but it is well-maintained and has a charm that is unique and gives it a lot of character, not like most other cookie-cutter new apartments. For the condition of the building and the its location, the rent cannot be beat. My only complaint is that there is no washer/dryer hook-up in every unit, but the community laundry facility is not bad at all.
