Wonderful Building

I've lived at this building over a decade and it's been a great experience! I appreciate that the property is nicely maintained with reliable property management. The location is also a plus, being walking distance from lots of restaurants (Belmont, Urth Cafe, Starbucks, Shake Shack) and grocery stores (Sprouts, Trader Joes). Highly recommend checking out any available units!

We lived at 868 West Knoll Dr for 8+ years and our departure was bittersweet; happy for stepping in to our first condo, devastated for leaving our friends and little building community. We loved our time here and remain friends with the building owners. Location is A+ and literally everything you could need is walkable!
