Spacious and rent controlled but super old building
August 9, 2015I have been living at my current apartment for over 2 years and it is great in some ways and also annoying in other ways. I would recommend it for people who are in transition and looking for a short term place that is quiet and spacious. Pros: Rent controlled Lots of storage space Lots of natural light Large living area Large bedroom Covered parking included Quiet neighbors Super nice handy man Cons: Old building No a/c Noisy water heater Dirty carpets (professionally cleaned twice but always ...dirty) Spiders (not a ton but enough to keep you on your toes) Abnormally expensive sanitation billRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
