Awful Showing
July 16, 2020As soon as I entered the apartment for the showing I noticed dead flies, alcohol bottles, and trash all throughout the apartment. The apartment was not lived in for a month and had not been cleaned. I was very disgusted by the fact that they did not have the decency to at least clean the apartment before they showed it.Review from Apartments.com
Save yourself the hassle with Big Ten Property
November 15, 2019They have sent out between 7-10 emails in the past 5 weeks regarding showings of our apartments. Each emailing having 2-4 showing times with 30 minute time frames. So unless you want to feel the need to be home during those time frames to prevent strangers from being in your unoccupied apartment while the landlord stands near the entryway with his head inside of his cellphone do not rent from Big Ten Property. However, the apartments are well put together and is pretty well maintained on their ...part. Although you should expect to see trashed hallways from the poorly behaved college students living at 902 North Dodge (example: pizza slices on the stairwells for multiple days, solo cups scattering the halls as well as broken handrails from drunk people smashing against the walls at 2 in the morning)Property Manager Responded
January 17, 2020Glad to hear the apartment is well put together and maintained after all we are renting apartments. Sorry you have had to deal with all the showings and interested Tenants during the busy leasing season. We will look into the hallway issues immediately. We are onsite everyday and sometimes multiple times a day and never see this type of mess. We would hope the Tenants your neighbors would not make that type of mess but will talk with hallway cleaning company that handles it to see if we need to improve upon that service. If you need anything else please contact the office we will be happy to assist you. Thank you
