Located between Melrose and Santa Monica Blvd, you can't beat this apartments location. Centrally located in the heart of Los Angeles, you can be almost anywhere in 30 minutes or less. The building contains 8 units, so it's a great building for friendly neighbors and those looking for a quaint sense of community. bedroom unit. The apartment features hardwood floors, large windows for sunlight, an AC unit for those hot summers, and a gas furnace for those nippily winters. One bedroom has an AC unit in it, and a half bathroom attached. The other bedroom sits directly across from the full bathroom. The kitchen is ample but outdated and could use some new appliances. There is a washer and dryer downstairs for all of the units to use. Best of all, the building is extremely pet-friendly and all most all of the tenants have pets. There is also a cute little garden out in the back, by the parking lot, with fresh produce, flowers and herbs. Overall, the location is the best asset, with a great neighborhood to walk around and plenty of street parking for guests who are visiting!
