Good location but cockroach problem

We really enjoyed living here but there were definitely some issues. All of the light switches/outlets/door locks have all been painted over so you can’t lock the bedroom doors, and the outlets are very finicky. Over the summer we had a HUGE cockroach infestation that isn’t covered in the lease so we had to hire Terminix. Also the coin operated laundry machines are $3.50 per load, which is crazy expensive. Pros: great location, AC/HEAT work very well, good layout & maintenance is very easy to ...
