Tall ceilings, thin walls

This apartment is very lovely and well-restored. The floors are nice and the bathrooms are all new and pretty clean. Haven't had many problems except sometimes water doesn't get very hot if you have a lot of things running. The walls are pretty thin so choose your neighbors/roommates wisely.

The apartment was brand new when I moved in. It used to be an old hospital that they recently converted after years of being unused. The inside of it has very nice fixtures, exposed beams, and large (30') windows. It is a duplex with 4 bedrooms on the top floor and 2 on the bottom floor. It was fine living there but one of the roommates attracted bed bugs after about a year. The apartment was excavated 3 times, so there shouldn't be a problem anymore. The building itself is dope. lounge, free gym, laundry room and a wide open roof. People through a 250 person party that the cops broke last summer.
