January 21, 2022Ocean Palms was a fantastic building at one time but now, it is pretty awful. The tenants are great but management is horrible at communicating with the tenants about problems in the building. The elevator broke in November, 2021 and management is refusing to fix it in a timely way. Packages are constantly stolen because delivery people leave them in the lobby and elsewhere since they won't climb the stairs. Any other building would have fixed the elevator in a timely way but this management ...wants people to give up their apartments so they can eventually rent them out at higher rents.
