Poor maintenance and poor security,

1. The owner is not very helpful with maintenance work. doesn't fix the problem. 2. Tall thick trees around the apartment building have become a usual place for outsiders to smoke weeds, drink beers, and keep playing loud music the whole night disturbing the tenants.
