Worst Building on the Best Street

Located in the prime area of West Hollywood just off the famed Sunset Strip, walking distance to clubs, grocery, banks, library, park, buses, and other services. This is the proverbial worst building on the best street in town. Apartments are way overpriced for what you get. Although new tenants pay rents that are market rate for this luxury neighborhood, management doesn't provide anything close to luxury market services, nor does the appearance of the building match its neighbors in quality. ...
Owner is content to collect high rents without spending money to properly maintain the building and isn't quick to make even simple repairs. Parking can be hazardous in the poorly-designed carport, but at least off-street parking is included in the rent. If you're looking for a great location to roost and don't care about living conditions in your apartment, this place might be for you. But if you want to make a nice home, and expect responsive management, look elsewhere.
