Homeless living in the building, staff does nothing about it

Lived here for almost a year with my fiance, and currently trying to leave. There are homeless that live in the building among the residents. This morning I was treated to a filthy nude homeless man right outside my door. They have closets and cabinets around the lobby area and throughout the building, where they store their food. I have had the police remove one particular person that likes to sleep with his pants down right outside my door. The staff is fully aware of this problem and aren't ...
