Great apartment and perfect location!
March 28, 2020I've lived here for 2 yrs and absolutely love this place. Very clean and worth the monthly rent If you need anything management is right there to help with maintenance just dropping off a rent check. I never needed much but you can tell they care. You even get a care package around the holidays. You are right next to WinCo in Richland yet you're not far from Kennewick or Pasco either. I'm moving soon and I'll be sad to not live here anymore. Location is key!
July 20, 2015I have lived here at the Aaron Ridge Apts for almost a year and although a bit overpriced, great location to live in. They are very tentative to one's needs and try to be as accommodating as they can. The apartments are in good shape but a bit overpriced in my humble opinion. Easy access to freeway and near shopping centers makes this a prime location.Review from Apartments.com
