November 8, 2023I've consistently faced problems at this complex , including leaking roofs, incomplete maintenance requests ,rodent issues, and, most recently, encountering rude and condescending front office staff. The overall customer service has been extremely disappointing, and based on my experiences, I cannot recommend moving here.Review from Apartments.com
AVOID
October 8, 2022This complex is extremely noisy. The office staff member Kiara, rarely answers the phone and when she does answer, she does absolutely nothing about a noise complaint. My family has been here less than two months and we cannot wait to leave. It's so sad that such a beautiful complex is run into the ground because of terrible service.Property Manager Responded
