Many buildings, well maintained, lots of green space with playground, pool, weight and laundry room available. Professional and friendly staff helped me get moved in. I've lived here for one year and already they have shampooed my carpet and washed my windows and cleaned my furnace and a/c vents, something my other (LAHR apartments) did not do in 7 yrs. I quit smoking three years before I moved from my other apartment and asked them repeatedly to repaint the walls and shampoo the carpets and ...

Cambridge Estates is a perfect location to live in Lafayette Indiana, its a quick walk to the mall, great restaurants. The maintenance people are wonderful and get any repairs you need done quickly. The staff are incredibly helpful. Cambridge Estates have huge courtyards and have a clover leaf pool that is really roomy, the have lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. With the huge courtyards it makes you feel a little country but you are in city just across from the city mall. We also have ...

a fitness center that is really nice. You do not have to leave the complex to do your laundry we have 2 laundry facilities onsite. Cambridge is very affordable for a family to live here. I chose Cambridge Estates because the Leasing Staff and the Property Manager were very friendly to me right from the start. I really love all the extra closet space that I have in my one bedroom apartment as well. They have nice carpet in each and every apartment. The maintenance staff is great! I remember asking the office, what do people say about living here? Most tenants once they move in never move out. Right across the street literally just a traffic light away is Tippecanoe Mall! Perfect for your shopping needs. This apartment is very affordable. I like that I can pay using my personal checkbook, no hassle worrying about cashier checks or money orders. I have lived here twice, first with just a one bedroom, and now a two bedroom. I just renewed my lease. The staff is very ...

friendly, and a few of the ladies even live here themselves! Inside there are huge wall closets and pantry's with plenty of shelves for just about everything. All of the doors are inside sheltered from the elements, which is nice for carrying groceries in when its cold or rainy. Parking lots all have dumpsters so trash doesn't have to go down the street everyday. With a neighborhood feel, kids can ride their bikes down the streets and play on the sidewalks. At multiple locations you can fide, swings, slides, picnic areas, and a 2 large courtyards perfect for summertime play. The pool is very family friendly. One pool with a deep and shallow end, AND another kiddie pool that's very shallow for the little ones needs. Beside the pool you can find the Gym and Laundry facility. All of the sidewalks are well lit at night and the complex has speed precautions in place too. These apartments actually have multiple laundry facilities. They don't take quarters either. Load money onto a pay card for easy and convenient use. All of my neighbors look out for each other and the kids. You can also have pets:cats and dogs, and choose from several plans to meet your needs. They also offer flexible lease terms and payment options. I renewed my lease so perks time, a free carpet shampooing! We have family events as a community, BBQS, fireworks, school supply drives, and toys for the holidays. Basically living here makes you family. You get taken care of by people that want you to be here.

We just got my son an apt. here. Office manager was polite, helpful, and went above & beyond typical office manager duties in helping us. The apts. were clean, well cared for, and have include good outside maintenance/care.
