Cars constantly get broken into, rude neighbors, terrible management. You'd expect to be living in a $100/ month apartment for how bad it is. You have to report things several times to get them fixed, and even after they are, they break again in a matter of days. Don't think you'll be getting your deposit back either.

I live in Acosta Oaks Apartments. Have been here since October of last year. In that time, my car was stolen in the first week of my stay here. Right out of the parking lot. No cameras, or security of any kind. They are extremely procrastinating when it comes to repairing any problems or issues that you may report. The parking lot itself is not very presentable. The fence has been broken for over a month. Almost rolled over a board with a nail sticking out of it today. Do have some positives. But ...
