Spacious apartments

This UES building - Adams Tower - has wonderful lay-outs and spacious apartments for the price. The apartments have nice-sized kitchens and baths, good closet space, and, if above the first few floors, good light. The most unique feature is the outdoor pool on the roof (use requires an extra charge), which makes it fun to be in NYC in the summer, and gives you a chance to meet neighbors. The building is pretty well run; management responds quickly to problems. The only downside is that the walk ...

to the subway is a few avenues, which is longer than some might want to do every day to get to and from work.
