Don't waste your money

These apartments are bad ! No maintenance! Property manager is money hungry! They have shoot outs every week! Police department have cameras over here but that don't Stop nothing! So many crackheads stay over here it's terrible ! Won't fix anything! They fight everyday where I'm scared for my life ! I swear i would save my money n go get something better! Did i mention the bugs ? They nasty over here !!!!!!

Hi, thank you for your comment. Please accept my sincerest apology for your experience. I am the new property manager, Angela Williams the broker/owner of Magnolia Real Estate & Property Management, LLC. I started as the new manager June 2023. I would like to invite you to come and view the apartments now that it is under new management. We have remodeled the apartments, new vinyl waterproof flooring, new countertops, fresh paint and we have made many repairs, interior and exterior. There have been over 50% of evictions since June 2023. We have pest control monthly with a licensed pest inspector. We no longer have cars on the lot that are not in running/working condition. We now require a thorough background on each new tenant. This background includes put not limited to credit, criminal and eviction checks. There is a full time maintenance person on duty. We are currently installing security cameras for the safety of our tenants. We no longer have Vicksburg Police Department on their ...
cameras on site. The property has really changed for the better over the last few months. Again, I invite you as well as other to come by and see the positive changes that have been made. We would love to see you!
