Poor Response to Issues
August 3, 2023There should be an option to select “0” starts because that is what this place deserves. Overtime being here we have encountered multiple situations that we are not please with in regards to safety and cleanliness but this one takes the cake. Our AC has been out since Friday 07/28 and it is now 08/03 and still no answers. Been bouncing around from hotel to hotel waiting on this issues to be fixed. Each time we call we get no answers. You would think they would reach out to a different AC ...provider to get the issue with ac motor resolved but no we are waiting on their “preferred provider” to figure it out. And the front leasing office staff is like none I've ever encountered. They remember names, faces, families, pets. They're always letting us know how appreciated we as residents are, and in this day and age, that is almost unheard of. I adore this complex. I love that there is an ice machine at the pool and usually a fully stocked fridge in the club house. My unit is modern and beautiful and the appliances are top notch.
