December 4, 2023They don’t hire good managers or maintenance. They take forever to fix things. Apartments are small. They don’t care about people. The kids are out of pocket. You can barely use the pool because they trash it. The painted the outside to look good the the inside is horrible.Property Manager Responded

August 18, 2015There are always chicldren outside unsupervised, they throw the "landscaping" rocks at cars, nobody stops them, the gate is ALWAYS open, the pool is always filled with unsupervised chldren, there is one portion of the parking lot that is ALWAYS filled with sketchy looking characters that stare inside your car as you drive passed. Maintenance requests are only completed when they feel like it, in the year that I have lived in my apartment I have been asking for the faucet to be fixed and it never ...was, so hot water runs CONSTANTLY, my master bedroom shower won't even turn on. There is a black widow nest in my storage closet that I have asked them to have exterminated however they refused saying "They will just find another way back in the closet" They raised the rent $125 dollars and expect you to rent the washer and dryer from them, but do not want to fix them when there is an issue. STEEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! The office staff has changed hands 3 times in 1 year.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
