Hard to reach staff via telephone

There is no phone number for you to reach the office, they use cell phones and never answer! The apartments are new and very small, so if you have bulky furniture I wouldn’t recommend. There is no closet space at all! The worst thing is that they have swamp coolers!!! You might as well have the heater on.

I will never sign with Tropicana Properties ever again and especially not this one. They were so unorganized , they lost my rent twice. And when I tracked it down it was already cashed in by them. They do not want to give me my deposit back for a mistake they made. Management is horrible. I would recommend not signing with this property!
