March 24, 2026Your team was great! I have been having problems with my dishwasher and it took a couple a times for maintenance figure out what was going on after trying a couple of different things. Mel diagnosed it as the pump. He replaced the pump and it works great! Louie was observing to help him learn how to do it. They are a great team. I appreciate their promptness, professionalism and friendly attitude. It shows that they want to do a good job and care about the residents. Keep up the good work!!Review from Apartments.com

February 23, 2026Locked out Had maintenance requests for the breakers to be fixed and mailbox keys to be left on the counter, but come back after work to my locks being changed?! I had a flight to catch Friday afternoon and I was not prepared to be locked out. What if it was past 4pm and I didn’t have access to anyone nor the emergency number? Very poor miscommunication and luckily I made my flight. Very upsetting experience and nervous for the next 14 months.Review from Apartments.com

November 3, 2025Negative experience Your online let schedule a tour for Saturday 11/1 before the office opened. When I returned the tour felt rushed, I didn’t like the townhome and would like to also been shown The 2bed, 2 bath. A 3:00 appointment showed up at 1:30 so after touring the townhome I felt brushed off and was given no information on the 2bed/ 2 bath. I am disabled but have a co-singer in place. That person makes 11k per month. However, asking for their mortgage statement is extremely intrusive ...and unnecessary. The person who gave me the tour said she had been there for 3 years but did not know if the co-signer had to pay additional fees or not. In a nutshell, I arrived for a scheduled tour, and no one was there. I was rushed through tour after coming back at 1:00 for someone who had a 3:00 appointment. Needed information was not given to me. I called & left a message about the 2bed/2bath with no returned call or email. The requirements for a co-signer were intrusive & offending.
