Resident Review I have enjoyed my stay here since 2022. The surrounding area is nice, This complex is quiet, neighbors appear as friendly and cordial. I really love that the upkeep of the property seems to continue to be a priority, (landscape, appearance, cleanliness, pool area etc.) Staff is always helpful, informative and helpful whenever I have interaction with them.

Negative experience Your online let schedule a tour for Saturday 11/1 before the office opened. When I returned the tour felt rushed, I didn’t like the townhome and would like to also been shown The 2bed, 2 bath. A 3:00 appointment showed up at 1:30 so after touring the townhome I felt brushed off and was given no information on the 2bed/ 2 bath. I am disabled but have a co-singer in place. That person makes 11k per month. However, asking for their mortgage statement is extremely intrusive ...
and unnecessary. The person who gave me the tour said she had been there for 3 years but did not know if the co-signer had to pay additional fees or not. In a nutshell, I arrived for a scheduled tour, and no one was there. I was rushed through tour after coming back at 1:00 for someone who had a 3:00 appointment. Needed information was not given to me. I called & left a message about the 2bed/2bath with no returned call or email. The requirements for a co-signer were intrusive & offending. An overall bad experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
