This place is not a home
May 20, 2022Have switch management a few time but these have to be the worst. Trash piles up every week in and outside the dumpster/area. Terrible housing the maintenance doesn't let you know before they are coming to your door, took months to get anything looked at or fixed. The washer was unbalanced so the lid locked and told us it was 450 to get a replacement lock. The drain on the roof is messed up and flooding the bottom floors. And today they replaced the washer without us asking or paying the 450. ...Then towed too cars from our paid parking with no notice or anything. I think it's because I called them out on above. They towed my car at noon and told residents it was towed yesterday. Also they only have a limited parking and a small lot, if you park on the street side you are capable to get your catalytic converter stolen.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
There is Better Out There
October 15, 2019On the surface this complex looks nice, but it's a stressful place to live. Within the first few weeks we noticed cockroaches, which we've had to get sprayed multiple times and they're still here. We saw multiple reviews online about cockroaches, but figured the issue would be resolved by the time we moved in... We were wrong. The roaches are strong here. Management is super unorganized and unwilling to help unless it affects them. I've been having the same issue for a month and a half without ...resolution; it doesn't matter how many times I reach out. It's like once you sign the lease you suddenly don't exist. The issue involves me being threatened by another tenant. We've also got extra charges on our bill that we have been given no explanation for, and we pay everything on time through the proper channels. Avoid this place if you can.
