    I have lived here a few months. There are roaches. My apartment has already had sewer backup. There are giant cracks in almost all my walls, pop nails pushing out the walls, uneven floors and the unit was not cleaned when I got here. The kitchen cabinet is so rotten it has completely detached from the floor. There is a leak in the kitchen, I could go on. It's bad and it is not cheap. Nothing is included in the rent, not sewer, not trash, not water, nothing.

    We've had a great experience so far. We realized after we moved in that the fridge was missing the door shelves and sighing 24 hours of contacting the property manager, someone was out to fix it. We're very happy with it.
