The maintenance staff has been very accommodating
May 1, 2025I have been living in a three-bedroom home at Alden Ponds for over five years now. I have found the maintenance people to be helpful in almost every situation. When help is needed, they are usually able to respond in just a few days, or more quickly when the situation demands it. This week I stopped at the office to tell them of some replacements needed. If it's something simple, I can take care of it. But this time, I needed help. My living room has a 15 foot ceiling and one of the three ...spotlights was burned out. I couldn't believe Richardo was able to get that tall stepladder inside the front door. He quickly scampered up and removed the spotlight, but the replacement was of a different brightness than the others. I'm not sure I would have noticed the difference, but Ricardo didn't want to leave it like that. He rushed back to storage and quickly returned with two matching spotlights, which he installed. Then he dusted everything off and turned his attention to the kitchen faucet. He was able to identify the leak, which was due to some corrosion. He quickly went back to storage and found a matching fixture that was new. He had it installed in no time. Ricardo moved so fast it made me tired! Good comfortable environment

Excellent home, neighborhood, and community!
April 16, 2025I lived at Alden Pond for 11.5 year and I highly recommend it! I lived in a 2-bedroom for 10 years and moved to a 3-bedroom for 1.5 years when my family grew. I loved the amenities that Alden Pond offered, especially the pool, the variety of playground structures throughout the property, the dog park, and the doggie bags placed throughout the property to clean up after your dog! Both of my townhomes were well maintained when we moved in and remained in good condition throughout living there. ...It was infrequent that I needed to call maintenance but when I did they were timely and thorough in completing their work. The property management team, especially Missy and Melanie, were great throughout my time there and especially helpful when moving to a 3-bedroom in offering me options and giving guidance when needed. I loved the neighborhood and community feeling as well. We always felt safe with our kids playing outside and we loved getting to know our neighbors! Awful
September 21, 2024This is the worst place imaginable. Our unit constantly has appliances that frequently break with little help from management. Management takes a very long time to come in and help, and when they do come, they do a subpar job. They’re unwilling to accommodate and help you even after numerous complaints and calls. Our neighbors are also extremely loud constantly playing music that rumbles our walls. We’ve tried calling to get this issue resorted- however, nothing has been changed and still we can ...hear our neighbors yelling and playing bass music. Not to mention the extreme high cost of rent for a place that is called “luxurious” but is the farthest from that. There is constantly trash everywhere with furniture being left out on corners. The list only goes on and on. Ever since my family and I have moved here we have been very unhappy. We hope to see these issues fixed on the future but for the 2 years we’ve been here it has only gone downhill.Property Manager Responded
