We have been living here since 2017 and for the first 18 months everything seemed fine. After that we have ongoing issues with work orders being incomplete and showing as completed, Mice infestation, Mold and worst of all vehicles being vandalized multiple times, today being one of them. Each time reported to the office we are told right out that nothing can be done and ALL of their cameras except the one in the office do not work. We pay our rent faithfully every month even through the pandemic ...
and this is my 2nd time having to go through our insurance to have vehicles fixed. No one is safe. Management is the WORST. All they care about is the rent and if you think because you pay your rent on time and never missed a payment that will get you somewhere. GUESS AGAIN. They will tell you everything will be done by month end. Which is around the 1st of the next month when your payment is due and of course you are going to pay it. However, you are still going to be waiting Like Me to have any work done because according to management, It's not urgent /important. The APT is a beautiful shell and we take care of it. Our kids enjoy going to school here and that's the only reason why we put up with the lack of service, but our patience is running thin. We don't feel safe. Management takes NO responsibilities. None. If we could give a zero rating, we would.
