October 9, 2015This is a very old building. Which means it has lots of character and quirky nuances, exposed brick walls and interesting architechture! It ALSO means that there is an occasional roach problem (seasonal), the plumbing has periodical issues, and there are several layers of paint around the windows and the built-in drawer units. Overall, the management is responsive with most of the fixable problems, and the community is friendly and creative.Review from Apartments.com
