Everything is Lies. Do not move here
February 26, 2022May 2022 will make 2 years I been here and finally moving out once my lease is up, I have had problems since I moved in here. With Roaches, Bugs coming out the side of my tub, they went through about 10 property managers and the one as of Feb 2022 is very ignorant. Over $2,000 worth of packages stolen. Scammers somehow got into the building knocking on doors trying to break in. Maintenance put a hole in my wall and tried to put my mirror over it to cover it so now it look like they didn’t do that ...so I have to get it fixed. I could go on and on. I’m mad I was even forced to live here for 2 years. It’s honestly not worth it. Wish I can give 0 stars or negative stars.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Package theft problem
March 11, 2021I’ve lived here 8 months and I’ve had over 1200 worth of packages gone missing including my check book and someone cashed it and now I’m currently disputing $500 for this this doesn’t take away from the fact that this place is amazing I love living here it’s quiet clean and everyone is friendly but it needs 2 be a better system when it comes 2 packages it’s a nightmare and also the front door in my building requires 4 u 2 buzz people in but it’s not really secure I’ve seen ppl stick a card in the ...door and walk inProperty Manager Responded

We strongly suggest when ordering to provide the delivery carrier/company with delivery instructions. This way your packages may be delivered correctly. Management does walk the property and has personally delivered packages into the Amazon Hub Locker System for all residents. If you may please reach out to the Leasing Office at algonflats@galmangroup.com to provide us with your apartment building, we can work towards a resolution with our Intercom System. Not worth your time
November 4, 2020I lived here for a year. Roach infested and no one did anything to help. Loud and disrespectful neighbors, and when you complained to management they left the ball in your hands. Take your time and money elsewhere, it is definitely not worth either of itProperty Manager Responded

Algon Flats went through a tremendous transformation from a dilapidated building to all new apartments, hallways, landscaping, parking lots and more.
