Joel is excellent, he got it resolved right away. My family has been living here for the past 17 years and has never had a problem with anything. Maintenance comes and fixes stuff very fast and they’re great people. If anybody thinking to move here, don’t think about it twice and welcome to this amazing community.

I am a 52 year resident, since Mar 1966, and that fact alone should "speak volumes".........the current maintenance staff is excellent, and the clean-up response after snowstorms is usually very good, and timely..............Neil F.

The maintenance staff respond very quickly to all my requests. I'm sometimes very surprised to come home from an errand and find that something has been taken care of within about an hour or less from the time I submitted the request.
