Just moved in. Location is great. Management team has been great as well. I had my typical move in issues to an apartment that isn’t brand new. They were empathetic, understanding and got right on getting the recommend service and maintenance issues.

It is a nice and well maintained complex, but a few minor issues never get solved, like paint peeling off the balcony rails and rust on the lavatory bowl.

Park on Brodie is a great place to live. I appreciate the proximity to nature trails, while also being right across the street from an HEB with almost every other store or restaurant I could need within a one mile radius. The highlight for us, though, is the interior of our apartment. It is spacious, bright and cozy. Unless the rent continues to go up (as it has the last few years) we will want to stay here for a long time.

Its been pretty good so far...everytime I've had something wrong they've been on it..management knows who I am when I come talk to them about anything which is also a plus in my book..also pretty quiet besides the garages lol

The community is so nice and friendly and the environment is amazing. I'm so excited to call this place my home. My apartment in particular is so very cozy even with a lack of furniture it's doesn't feel empty.

I love living here. It is close to everything you could need from stores (like HEB and Lowes) to nature in every direction. The apartment is well designed and spacious, and the pool, gym and outdoor courts are a great bonus. My only complaint is some neighbor’s dog barking at all hours, but even that isn’t too noticeable most of the time.

I’m definitely loving the environment here. I have no complaints at all. I’ve been to a couple of apartments and this is the best one of them all. Great gym, nice office staff, and overall cleanliness is not bad. So yeah!

Very quiet and peaceful area. Great scenery and safe. Staff gets to your maintenance request quickly as well. Been here for 2 years and no major incidents. Rent is also reasonable for Austin.
