They don’t do they jobs and lazy and are no help to the people who live there as a tenant. Place needs to be rebuilt

Place is full of roaches, drug addicts, and dealers. If no other options are available use it as a starter apartment. Sometimes people use the elevator as a urinal.

Cool for your first place but definitely not somewhere you would want to stay long term. It's great it's downtown near everything but it's too much drama and illegal things that tenants do in this apartment building. Not somewhere you would want to live to be honest.
