Great neighborhood, though a tad pricey
August 13, 2015While the apartment is certainly more expensive than we were paying before moving in, the upgraded neighborhood is definitely pretty nice and the apartment itself has a lot of space. I've personally used the gym and pool plenty and they're both very well maintained. Garages are a bit cramped but that's pretty normal, I'm sure. They have an online system for submitting maintenance requests and paying rent from multiple parties is pretty simple. Getting out of the complex can get hairy in the ...early evening as there's a business park next door that clogs up one road but being next to the freeway means commutes are a breeze. Walking distance to Trader Joes, a couple of restaurants, and ridiculously close to a high school as well. There aren't that many parks nearby.
