Poor maintenance
September 27, 2025This building has great infrastructure and beautiful amenities, but unfortunately, poor management and lack of proper maintenance are ruining the experience for residents. The elevator in Building 5 has been out of service for over a month, with no clear communication or estimated repair date. This is unacceptable in a community where residents pay high rent or association fees. The hallways are often dirty and clearly not cleaned on a regular schedule, which makes the property look ...neglected. Even worse, the side entrance gate is constantly broken and left open, creating a serious security risk for everyone. It is very disappointing to see such a well-designed property being so poorly managed. With proper maintenance and more responsible administration, this could be one of the best places to live.Property Manager Responded
