Nearly three months without an elevator with no end in sight because the part had to be manufactured overseas, why weren’t spare parts available? On-site management has been unhelpful and distant.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Allure by Windsor. The property is always well kept, from the pool area to the common spaces and the staff are friendly and responsive whenever I need help. My apartment feels bright and modern and the maintenance team is quick to address anything that comes up. It’s been a comfortable and convenient place to call home and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well managed community.

Poor maintenance

This building has great infrastructure and beautiful amenities, but unfortunately, poor management and lack of proper maintenance are ruining the experience for residents.
The elevator in Building 5 has been out of service for over a month, with no clear communication or estimated repair date. This is unacceptable in a community where residents pay high rent or association fees.
The hallways are often dirty and clearly not cleaned on a regular schedule, which makes the property look ...
neglected.
Even worse, the side entrance gate is constantly broken and left open, creating a serious security risk for everyone.
It is very disappointing to see such a well-designed property being so poorly managed. With proper maintenance and more responsible administration, this could be one of the best places to live.

Lovely and quiet community, modern and large apartments, relaxing pool.
Very friendly and responsive office and maintenance staff.
The breeze from the balcony makes it feel like a resort. I work from home so it is a real pleasure to sit outside on the balcony with my laptop, or take a break by the pool.
No loud parties or music. Peaceful.

Beautiful apartment and location. Great property. Extremely expensive. Repairs on appliances are not covered. Some staff is vindictive. Some staff are threatening or intimidating. Staff may throw away your belongings and lie to your face.
