    My kids and I having a great time living here at Alta they absolutely love the pool and the hot tub with 7/11 and circle k right outside shopping is no problem

    As someone seeking a home after a traumatic divorce. The miscommunication on what amenities are available with a smile from the front desk was insulting. There are clearly areas that are not in use and won’t be for the foreseeable future. Being upfront would have been better especially with the strange fee structure for a perspective tenant. Hopefully the staff has a proper break room for offline banter also, very unprofessional. Won’t be returning here.

    Let me just list my reasons as to why this place gets a negative 5 stars from me. 1. The staff is rude, dismissive, and intrudes your privacy. Any problem you have, it won’t be solved unless you literally harass them to do something about it. 2. The construction discount you receive is not worth it. Your water is constantly shut off for LONG periods at a time. I’m left not able to do my dishes, shower, or even flush the toilet. 3. The mail room is the worst process I’ve ever seen. Your mail is ...
    stuffed in a box with all of the other residents and you have to dig to find your mail. Not to mention your mail is constantly stolen. 4. This is a big one. There is NO PRIVACY. They will walk into your studio unannounced and while you’re not home. I worry constantly that they’re going to walk into my room while I’m in the shower and from what I’ve heard it has happened to other residents. Apparently it’s still listed as a hotel so they say they’re allowed to do it but man is it an invasion of privacy. 5. The rooms are disgusting. We just had a friend who also lives here change rooms because of black mold. 6. They charge you for amenities that aren’t available. There’s no pool, no gym, nothing that they promised. They’ve been closed for almost a year now and it’s still something we pay for despite not being able to use them. It may not sound as bad as it is but we have been miserable here. It’s worth spending an extra $100 to live somewhere else.

    I currently live at Alta. I would not recommend it to ANYONE. They harass me daily, telling me I can’t have guests, and tell me I need to clean my OWN apartment. They will enter your apartment without authorization. Multiple tenants here have to deal with management walking into their room. NOT A GOOD PLACE!!
