Don't rent from here
November 18, 2023When my son and I first moved in our place, it was very old looking. Old appliances, holes that have been patched on the walls, broken vanity in both bathrooms. Old toilets that don't flush well, kitchen cupboards/ drawers that are broken, beaten in dented refrigerator. And we pay the same amount in rent as new and remodeled places. I only took this place because they said they wouldn't have another place open for a month. Also, my dog was bitten and attacked by a pitbull on the grounds and they ...said there's nothing they can do about it. Don't move here. Not the best!
June 21, 2023I have lived here for almost 2 years. The property is nice besides tenant's dog poo all over. Staff is terrible so I am moving out SOON They are the worst I've ever had! Would not recommend! Good luck!!Property Manager Responded

August 12, 2022I have had several maintenance issues recently and Sam and Zach have been amazing. Quick,courteous! They have gone out of their way to handle any issues I've had,work was done quickly. Under new management
February 27, 2020I have live here over 10 years seen 3 different companies come in and the out of here. I am impressed with this new company, the office staff is so friendly and caring. The maintenance is amazing they get things done right and fast, I use to have to wait over a week for something as simple as a dripping faucet. Dont do it !
February 24, 2020New owners and they are by far the worst we've ever had. This place is going downhill fast. Everyone is moving out. They have never had so many empty apartments. First of all, this place is dirty as hell. Trash everywhere on the grounds, pool had not been cleaned in months, laundry rooms are never cleaned. Lint, trash, spilled soap all over. Dog poop everywhere and I mean everywhere. I know several people that have complained and given the apt numbers of the people not picking up and the ...responce from staff was , 'well you get that everywhere' (no you dont!). Gardeners don't do anything but blow dirt around people's patios. Supposed to be a gated community but, the gates are either left open or broken all the time. They dont even close all the way. Complaints go unanswered from staff and bow they are raising the rent. This place is a joke! Any positive review has to be from the office staff !Property Manager Responded

Can't be better!
March 27, 2019The place is awesome, very well managed, the staff is very nice and efficient. Silent place, clean and totally renovated. A crew is permanently taking care of every detail. Best apartment I have lived in!
February 26, 2019Los Portales has been My home for Over 5 years. There are many of my neighbors who have been here longer than me. I Think the new ownership has done wonders to this place. The staff is great here and always takes care of all of my maintenance issues quickly. The girls in the office are great, and always willing to help, and the manager Josh has been doing an excellent job of fixing what few issues this place did have and seems to always be available when I need to speak with him.Review from Apartments.com

August 7, 2015Lived Here for about a year and a half the apartments look nice but the walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbor's say or do and vise versa they have landscapers here as many as 4 das out of the week as early as 7:00 in the morning with leaf blowers and they are very loud through the paper thin walls maintenance wont fix any thing if they don't consider it an emergency we had an on and off flooding in our kitchen for over 3 months before someone But they look very nice and have ...free dish tv and 7 hbo channelsRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
