    Disappointed that Amaray now expects us to buy parts to keep their appliances working properly. Functional working appliances are included in the lease. Why we now have to buy replacement parts for the refrigerator makes no sense.

    Amaray Las Olas is an excellent place to call home. It's conveniently located in Downtown Fort Lauderdale adjacent to Las Olas Blvd. World Class dining and entertainment options are steps away. The amenities are amazing. The staff is more than attentive. It's simply a perfect place to live.

    The staff of the Amaray is simply wonderful. They strive in accommodating the residents. Since my move here I’ve seen a decrease in the quality of the maintenance (cleanliness) of he floors, but I feel that is provably due to budget cuts.

    Amaray advertises as a luxury community, but the apartments are in poor condition. Our apartment was delivered dirty and with damage/nonfunctional items that have not been addressed, which is terrible for a community that calls itself 'luxury.' The office staff are pleasant and helpful.
