No Repairs, Bad Community

Property Manager and the Supervisor rent apartments with repairs needed. Roaches. Amenities are non existing. Experienced Violence from neighbors. Repairs are promised but performed.

PRIDE

Just wanted to leave a quick review regarding Amber Grove I moved in two months ago and was little nervous about the building being older but the management team and the maintenance team has been great so far I really appreciate the fact that Ashley who is the (new) manager takes a great deal of pride in where we live and where she works and I appreciate her hard effort and work and the progress she has made on this property since I've moved in WHAT A CHANGE !!! THANKU

Not great.

Worst place ever. Never seen such unlawful actions, unsubstantiated charges and building code violations.

They recently taking over by a management company that has a mafia business model. The specifically engineer scenario's to were your rights are NOT PROTECTED and THREATEN you with eviction if you don't pay the random bill. They initially try to keep everything to in-person conversation or telephone calls to leave writing trail of extorting tactics. The only one written notice they are happy to give is give us past due money or we will evict you. Make us prove we are actions are initial and ...
malicious and meant to make you give us money for no legal reason. AMC has interstate rep for the behavior, just look it. I can't get out there fast enough no one should have to live day to day for 6 months with the threat of what will I find on my door threatening to ruin my life.

The first year living here was great. Family friendly with pool and on site laundry and spacious apartments. Handyman is great and gets problems fixed realitively fast. Second Year was horrible; had bad neighbors whom I had to call the police on several times. Management worked as fast they could to remove problem tenants and tried to make it easier for the rest of us by responding quickly to complaints. On occasion find bugs because the bug guy they have slacks off.
