Rude, unresponsive, manipulative
January 26, 2026I called to get a tour of amber union apartments twice. Both times I was told there was a studio apartment available. Both times I was stood up and unable to reach anyone. The week after the second time, I reached someone on the phone who told me there was nothing he could do about the fact that I’d been stood up twice, and told me he never said he had a studio available. I’m not sure how anyone is able to rent here when they don’t even show up for tours and lie about having apartments to then ...lie again stating they never said that. Absurd, infuriating. I think I dodged a bullet, I wouldn’t want to live somewhere where I’m spoken to the way I was and stood up twice.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
