September 5, 2017My roommate found this place because we it was cheap, but we made the wrong decision choosing this place. They have a serious roach problem, the neighbors are horrible, sitting outside on the stairs, making you feel uncomfortable while you walk to your door. There is always large trash items (tires, beds, sofas, chairs) by the dumpsters. Every morning at 7 on the dot, our downstairs neighbor went outside and talked loudly on the phone and they fought at least once a week. Not to mention front row ...seats to some fist fights that the neighbors across from us got in. The only nice thing about these apartments is Ashley the property manager, if it wasn't for her we would've been gone a lot sooner. Maintenance isn't too bad either.
