I wouldn't send my worst enemy to live here. On top of the manager constantly harrassing the tenants they have a severe roach and bed bug infestation. The roaches Are so bad you can see them crawling in the grass outside. They enter apartments without giving a proper notice. On the rare occasions that pest control does show up neither management nor maintenance goes to the apartment with him so there's a huge risk of your stuff being stolen. We've had money go missing numerous times. Two of those ...

times we were told by neighbors that the manager had entered our apartment. We were not given a notice. The paint in the bathtubs are peeling and people have already fallen and been injured. The parking lot has improper drainage so every time it rains the water has no where to go. Expect your feet to be constantly soaked anytime it rains. The list goes on and on. I plan on putting a call into code enforcement as soon as I finish talking pictures

When I first moved into these apartments, I was welcomed with open arms . All of my neighbors stopped by and introduced themselves , and even offerered to help move in! The management team is amazing. Every time I walk in the office I feel like I'm walking in to my family's home . They're really a great example of "southern hospitality". They encourage you to never be afraid to come to them about any issues you have . They really make you feel like your happiness is their number one consern . I ...

I absolutely love this apartments . Management is awesome . They really stay on top of things . For example, a few tenants complain about people not cleaning up their dog's mess - and the next day there were letters on all doors notifying us about it . I just thought that was amazing . I just know if I'm having any issue management will take care of it . Anytime I have a maintenance issue(not that often) the next day it is handled. Overall the apartment renters are sweet but really too close. It's hard to walk out the apartment without everyone asking how ur doing and where you going. It's almost like hotel living. There is no pool and nothing to do on the apartment grounds. They are 8 washers and dryers for the whole apartment complex which suck because they are never any available. GREAT PRICE though. When you sign the lease they tell you the exterminators come every 3 months but, they come once a month. And because ...

the walls are concert the electricity bills are crazy for an apartment almost 250 during the summer. I was in a rush to move here and chose badly. The only convenient thing is that you're in the middle of everything. You are close to the base, hotels, casinos and so much more.
