Trash pick up gets cancelled regularly- but you are still expected to pay. Playground is for toddlers, no area for big kids/teens.

Stricter management makes more a cleaner complex and neat inner sidewalk. Friendly management, especially, Ali who is the sweetest and most helpful! Believe me, I haven't spoken to a single person who disagrees; whether they will say it or not! Not a good place for families
April 17, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comApartments are very nice, new, and laid out well. Unfortunately Ansley operates and rents out numerous apartments in a few of the buildings as halfway houses for youth in trouble. Seems like they have a long term rental deal with one of the local government or court systems. I'm sure it is a good way for them to generate money but the downside is you have to live next to a lot of older teens who treat it like an unsupervised dorm room. Late night parties, people running up and down the stairs ...at all hours. Door slamming. People yelling. Smoking in the common areas and throwing their butts in the halls. Then after about a month a whole new group moves in. They are here until a daily van picks them all up and takes them to their meetings. Then back to the apartment again. Thought this was supposed to be a nice safe quiet place in a great neighborhood. But that isn't what's going on here at all. Just don't feel safe, and a lot of the other families here feel the same way. Can't wait to move to somewhere safer. Especially at night.Read More

January 23, 2016 - Review from Apartments.comThese brand new apartments look nice and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The cost is comparable to other high end apartments. However, there are many concerns with the quality of the cheap materials used to build the apartments (laminate floors and counter tops, poor landscaping (water draining toward apartment walkways, instead of away and into drains) and slow service to repair brand new but defective fixtures. After a snow storm, they did not clear any walkable areas inside the complex, ...except around the mailbox. All stairs, sideways and walkways were left to residents to figure out on their own without any notice. Even the walkway that leads into the lease office from the guest parking area, during working hours were covered in snow.Read More
