65 Dwight Street is a mid-sized complex built around three landscaped courtyards. Our 77 apartments are located just a short walk from Yale/New Haven Hospital, as well as downtown New Haven and Yale's central campus. Each apartment has a private balcony/patio, lots of closet space and access to a shared laundry room with brand-new washers and dryers. On-site parking is available for an additional fee. The fully-gated community boasts a keypad entry system, cameras and exterior lighting. Please inquire about our pet policy.
