March 19, 2025building is very nicely maintained and in a great location, walls are a bit thin however. The parking is excellent and you can't beat the proximity of the Metro station.Property Manager Responded

March 11, 2025We just moved in a few days ago and so far everything has been great. Zero complaints. Bozzuto hires the best. I’ve seen people complain of noises, but honestly not noisy at all. The location is awesome. Very close to the metro. This place is growing. So we’re sure we’ll see a lot more cool places get added.Property Manager Responded

February 9, 2025Great experience so, about a year in so far. The maintenance staff is so helpful and kind. The concierge desk staff is amazing, and the residents have been lovely and respectful. I know soundproofing isn't the best but I never heard a neighbors conversation but I do hear heavier sounds such as moving furniture or heavier steps which is weird but tolerable. You can hear conversations if you are in the halls walking past a door and they are speaking though. But that is the only main issue. The ...apartment feels safe, the neighborhood feels safe, and it is close to the metro. Reston definitely doesn't have much going on but it is a pretty affordable location in a very great county, Fairfax.Property Manager Responded
