October 25, 2025Been here almost 4 years, love Aperture, love my apartment, hate my refrigerator. I have lots of space and a great patio. The fridge unfortunately has controls in the center that make it hard to see in and access items.Property Manager Responded

August 9, 2025Maintenance team with Tim and James will always be great. However whenever this new management team came things have just not been as good, especially the Iliana person. She has no people skills and hides behind Donna all the team. Refuses to apologize when she messes up and send Donna to talk to me instead.Property Manager Responded

August 5, 2025I’ve had a great experience living at Aperture.The staff is always professional, friendly, and quick to respond to maintenance requests. The property is well-maintained, quiet, and safe, and the community amenities like (gym/pool/laundry/etc.) are a great bonus. Leasing manager has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and supported as a resident. I really appreciate the clear communication and attention to detail. July 24, 2025It's been a wonderful place to stay for the last two years. I was happy to make Aperture my residence in Virginia. The concierge has been helpful with handling packages and events. July 18, 2025The staff are the biggest attribute to the Aperture living experience. Every department has very professional and hard working personnel, including the maintenance staff, housekeeping, concierge and leasing office. However the noisy construction projects next door detract from the quality of life of the neighborhood.Property Manager Responded
