Horrible. My car were broken into, my animals were attacked by a leash animals, a drunk driver barrel through the parking lot. Office staff said they could do nothing without a police report. Still never got any cameras and never looked into anything. They will Force you to be a part of their Internet company and not allow you to go elsewhere, and then you can’t get service to get your Internet on for days at a time even if you work from home. Trash is never picked up and hallways always smell. ...
Office staff is there because they have to be not because they want to be. They do NOT care about you or your kids! They care about your money and how much of it they can get from each and everyone of you without getting in too much trouble or without too much backlash. You can also hear literally everything that happens in every other apartment. My first year in Colorado was miserable because of this place, literally moved across country and would have rather of done it again a year later than stay in this apartment any longer.
