December 17, 2018I'm in my 10th year living here at Applewood Apts, not gonna lie when I first moved in the 1st year was horrible as far as management & also there was other issue's with other tenants that lived here. As time went on and new management came & went I was wondering why so many changes as far as either owner/management & even maintenance, but I never really had issue's with any of the above except when you would call the office they either never answered the phone or even return your call which in ...my eye's is bad business, also played heck getting things fixed or done in a timely matter. Anyway here this past yr or so since another new owner (s) & new management I am very happy with Trisha & Paula & also the maintenance crew anytime I've called they answer the phone & if not they at least call you back, also Trisha is on top of issue's that might come up & need attention. I would recommend living here like I've mentioned been here 10 yrs Thank you Trisha & crew for being who you are & on top of things.... CharleneProperty Manager Responded

Not a good place to live any more :(
November 9, 2015When I moved here 2years ago the Management department cared about the tenant if anything was wrong in my apartment they fix it right away. Now Apple wood is under New Management they want the rent on time if one day late $100 late fee and if need something fix it takes weeks to get something done. You get what you pay for
August 4, 2015I have lived here for 2 years. The only reason I'm still here is because of the cheap rent which went way up this past year. There are hookers wandering through the parking lot, people siphon gas from gas tanks, at least every other week there are 3 cop cars in front on my apartment blocking the entrance and there have been at least 5 management companies since I moved in. I do not recommend living here. I had to threaten to get legal help just to get them to fix my roof. It rained IN my ...APARTMENT for days. Then they refused to clean all of the mold so I again had to threaten to get a lawyer. There is still mold in my apartment because all they did was spray bleach on the ceiling. Pay the extra few bucks and move in to a better place. The rent for a 2 bedroom is actually $805 which is what they have me paying.
